Was first diagnosed with this a year ago after ECG for chest pain which was not related and confirmed nine months ago with ajmaline test. I have no symptoms.

Since being confirmed I find myself angry a lot of the time, do others with this condition feel this as well.

Hi, BigStu09, i also have Brugada, diagnosed about 8 yrs ago now, your post about feeling angry when first diagnosed with Brugada was familiar to me too! When i was first diagnosed (and still even now at times) i really struggled feeling angry and anxious, i had some counselling and the counsellor suggested that when anyone is first told about a long term health condition you go through a period of bereavement for your....what you thought was A1 health, and also getting used to the fact that you are not completely in control of your body and it's not as reliable as you thought...scary thoughts, for me this all makes sense, i still get these feelings now at times, i think also as the healthcare profession are still researching and discovering the mystery of Brugada too it sometimes feels you don't get straight answers or its a bit of a wait and see thing....which our brains don't like, i have always struggled with anxiety pre Brugada but the angry/anxious feelings do improve over time, this is just my experience, i hope this helps.

HI BigStu09. I have brugada syndrome and I had all the symptoms ie fainting, dizziness and palpitations. I have been fitted with an ICD 2 weeks ago. I don't feel angry but I do feel scared. Maybe you need to speak to your doctor or Cardiologist for answers. I wish u all the best.

How are you now? I was diagnosed and given a S-ICD in November following what drs believed to be a vasovagel syncope.
