If so... what symptoms have you had and how does it affect you? During my Angio on Tuesday the Cardiologist mentioned extensive Microvascular disease but to be honest I was enjoying the Morphine too much to take it onboard at the time

Anyone been diagnosed with Microvascular disease?
Hi BarneysDad
Welcome to the wonderful bizarre bewildering world of non obstructive coronary artery disease ( NOCAD) aka Ischaemia non obstructive coronary arteries INOCA
Or sometimes called Microvascular angina and then there's coronary artery vasospastic angina.
I live with coronary vasospastic angina I have spasms in my small vessels ( microvascular angina) and coronary arteries ( vasospastic angina )
Some people have microvascular dysfunction known also as microvascular disease or microvascular angina which means their small blood vessels don't work properly usually failing to dilate. You tend to get chest pain on exertion or breathless.
It can be treated by medication. It is good your Cardiologist has recognised the condition.
Perhaps have a look at the BHF information.
