Worried my symptoms are blocked arteries

Morning Everyone

All my usual arrhythmias aside, which I have been told won't kill me - I had an angiogram a week ago and of course am waiting for the results. In the last few days, the kind of 'hot flushes' - just the chest and head have increased. I had been having them, but didn't put them down to being my heart. I used my own Prince180B machine and also my Reveal Linq, that downloaded to the hospital. Other than the missed heart beats/Bigeminy, I'm unable to tell what's going on. I've had a couple of days of feeling really dreadful - yesterday in particular. For the first time I feel afraid and as so many of you will know, each consultant has thousands of patients, etc etc. I was just wondering if anyone else can identify with what I'm saying and could perhaps please put my mind at rest? I'm adding an ECG of this episode and I wonder can anyone make any sense of it please? Thank you ever so much for your time.
