Good luck TuckBox2.

Same happened to me 2.5 years ago aged 55. I found it a bit of a blow at the time but feel great now. I eat better, exercise more and I’m generally less stressed than before. And I’m looking forward to many more years around. I’m sure you will, too. I feel I was one of the lucky ones and now have a second chance.

Take it easy and do go to Cardio Rehab if you get the offer.

Thanks,

I thought it was esophageal spasm that I have had before, but trying the usual tricks I tried and pain subsided a little, but the pain came back again and I was sweating while just sitting watching TV, wife said I looked a bit off colour and suggested I get checked out, took myself to A&E to be told I had had a heart attack.

I cannot thank the Doctor's nurses staff enough for all the help I was given, There was no panicking, rushing or fussing, it was all calm everyone did what they needed and I was allowed home 24 hours after having a stent fitted.

I have been having ongoing investigations after an episode of diverticulitis and they found a tumour on one of my adrenal glands, they say its benign and I'm having tests to check my glands are still working.
