I saw something bout this but can't remember where/when etc but not being a patient didn't think it applied to me. BTW, how did you get on with the consultant on monday?

I got the email but as it pertains strictly to English patients, I deleted it - I live in NE Scotland. If anything ever comes up for Scotland I think I will take up the invitation.

Have you heard anything back yet from them about it?

Hello Hope it's sunny today in the N E ,

I had my bypass op in Aberdeen the Heart Failure Nurses in Tayside organised a brilliant information session at the Dunblane Hydro with Cardiologist, Nurses and lots of Patients giving feedback on the system.

Pumping Marvellous a charity exclusive for Heart Failure was also present with lots and lots of valuable Information on offer. May be worth contacting NHS Tayside through your Heart Nurse should you have Heart Failure they are/were pioneers in treatment.

Mostly dull here this morning with brief spates of sunshine, I think we're going to have more rain. Again. I think this has been the wettest summer I've seen since coming home from America in 2010.

Thank-you for the info, I'll ask my cardiac nurse about that, and it's so good to hear a good report on Tayside - recently there have been some negative pieces in the local press and hearing positive reports is always nice. I'm happy with it but again, it's always great to hear from satisfied customers:)

Thank you, I must have had something different as it was for those who'd had a heart attack

I received an email Prada47. Would love to take a crack at it but not sure I'm well enough at the moment. Will decide over the next few days..... Great that you are up for it.
