Recurrent myocarditis

New to forum and keen to share and hear other experiences about myocarditis - particularly repeat events. I’m 44 and was hospitalised following severe chest pain last October (troponin levels 1400, confirmed by MRI to be myocarditis). Treated with colchicine and repeat MRI in March confirmed inflammation had gone. Further hospitalisation two weeks ago with myocarditis diagnosed. Back on colchicine. Negative results from all infection and auto immune deficiency tests so cardiologist unsure what has caused repeat.

Starting to come to terms with needing to manage this as a permanent/long term condition 😑 may need to change my job to reduce stress levels (cardiologist says this could impact by body’s auto immune response and make me more susceptible). anybody had similar experiences?
