Hi

It's been a year since my ablation everything is fine a good BUT it's only that way because I have not had any alcohol or chocolate and cut out caffeine.

I learned early that these was my triggers for palpitations ectopics etc. Still trying to lose weight 1 stone and a few pounds gone yippeee, but it's work in progress, I guess I will always have to adjust but for all your beer lovers that have to cut out alcohol there is a beer called Ambar 0.0 alcohol and it ok get here wisebartender.co.uk

I have it as a shandy and on hot days I absolutely love it I'm back in the game.

My Triggers, caffeine, chocolate, Alcohol, hot weather & really cold weather but that's mainly for asthma and blood pressure I wear a buff over my face in winter and summer try anything to keep cool.

Hi Donkster,

Great to hear your Ablation has been successful and you are able to follow your 'code'.

I too used to like a drink (Still do but follow the code) and have discovered our local supermarkets (Morrisons and Sainsburys) have 20+ 0% (or very low % beers). My favourites have been the wheatbeers.

Enjoy 'em.

Hi Dave

It’s such a nice thing to sit socialise with a drink 🥃 my problem is I’m gluten dairy corn free so the beer is limited but hey I found Ambar 0.0 %

🥳
