hi I had a biological valve fitted 12yrs ago and to date no problems ,the consult at the last examination said there was no signs that it needed replaced; I take a low dose

statin 10mg and aspirin 75mg and exercise on a regular basis

Well done you! I also had a tissue valve replacement in Oct 2018. I'm on 75mg aspirin and 1 gastro tablet a day. Hopefully, keeping up with my exercise and healthy eating my pepper pig will have a good lifespan too 😊 Keep up the good work and thank you for sharing x
