I have had AF for three years and take medication, I want to visit My daughters in Sydney at Christmas but I am am very worried about the long flight. I am a nervous traveller and this can bring on my AF. Has anyone got some advice on this. Many thanks

Consider breaking your journey so that you have a break or two breaks en-route, e.g. Dubai, Singapore. Think hard about travelling business class, ( better food and a bed) and have a good look at various airlines provision. In some cases a round the world business class trip can work out better than direct there and back, particularly after you add luggage costs.

While XMAS is emotionally attractive it is also very hot in Sydney and one of the most expensive times to travel. Be sure your travel insurance is aware of your plans. All things to research and plan for. Happy hunting.
