Heart rate when standing

Is there a variation between heart rate while sitting or laying and while standing? Ik heart rate rises upon standing but if someone is standing still for a few minutes does it go back to where it was during laying or sitting or its always a few beats up?

I believe your heart rate is likely to be very slightly faster when standing up, even if you stand completely still for some time.

On the cardio rehab course I attended the nurse told me that even crossing your legs or engaging in a conversation can produce a slight increase in heart rate.
