Ranexa do I need to go up

I am taking ranexa was on 375 now 500mg twice a day and they were working fine now they are not am am in so much pain with my chest I get pain in my chest arms jaw and I take Gnt patches as well .maybe I need to go up on my tablet again.

I work and I am finding everything I do is hard and leaves me in pain I am seeing a heart doctor in London back in February ihe said I more likely got microvascular angina all my tests hss come back clear .
