Anyone familiar with this? I had a stress echo which said hyperkinetic and just wondering if people have experience of this? And treatment. I'm currently on propanalol and perindopril for tachycardia and palpitations and raised BP.

After lots of, so far successful, treatment for AF, my last echocardiogram showed I'm left with improving left ventricular systolic impairment - ejection fraction 45%, with mild to apical anterolateral and anterior wall hypokinesis (previously severe). It's all Greek to me, but I believe hypokinesis simply means decreased muscle movement. I feel fine for 72.
