Clot in Artery and Hole in the Heart

I’m new on this site. I wanted to see if anyone else has gone through similar.

After a very worrying episode at work where I had a splitting headache, couldn’t see properly as room was spinning and was very sick, my fingers on left hand went blue. After lots of tests and scans, was told that I have a clot on the tip of my subclavian artery which has fragmented and gone into my brain and left arm.

Echocardiagrams have shown I have a hole in the heart - PFO. However, having a transoesophogeal echocardiogram today, the cardiologist said the top right of my heart looked normal but had seen a few other things that he wanted to check out with a cardiac MRI.

I’m confused and worried and just wondered if anyone had been through similar.
