I had heart attack in Jan 2019.and had engioplasty ,2stent fixed up in one artillery vain because of contraction of vain no deposition of plaques into vain , the vain was blocked only because of contraction.

What could be the reason for contraction of artillery vain cause blockage.??(No deposition of plaques into vain)

What madication are subscribed to avoid such artillery vain contraction causing blockage reassuring heart attack??
