Can scarring be insignificant?

Whats the significance of scarring if your lv is normal.cant get my head round if the small scarring will force lv function down over time.

We dont have cardiologists we can just call so anyone with any knowledge please comment

left ventricle function .ie echo tells your hearts workign ok but scarring says it might not be
