Angina or heart spasm pain
Hello and welcome to the forum! You have not given much to go on. Angina pain can present itself in different ways - pain can occur in the arm, chest or neck and may be accompanied by breathlessness. You need to see your GP for a diagnosis as nobody here can do it over the internet. If the pain becomes very severe or lasts more than quarter of an hour dial 999!
Hi MichaelJH thanks for replying. The pain started after walking the dog but as I wasn’t sure if it was related to my microvascular angina/heart spasms I used my GTN spray just in case. It did relieve the pain. I only get breathless when walking up stairs or slight inclines and thankfully without pain since taking Isosorbide mononitrate. I do often get a tightness in chest and can get extremely fatigued. This is the first time the pain has started on the left
I think it is worth going to your GP as pain in the centre of my chest, breathlessness and fatigue were the start of a journey leading to a quadruple bypass. A stress ECG might be appropriate for you.
