New Myocarditis diagnosis

Hi

Hope someone can help

Ive just had a second occurrence the first 3 years ago of Myocarditis

Shocked as thought it was a one off

Anyone else a sufferer and any advice not sure what my exercise routine should be and what I can do to prevent any further episodes
