Couldn't agree more Molly. Providing of course your AF is not restricting your life then intervention may be necessary.

Yes roy m i get tired after a day work i just rest more it slowed me down butwe must ajust to what are body tells us no sence in letting af get us down Thanks for your reply am only 55 i hope i have a brave few years yet πŸ˜‚

Hi Molly. A think with AFIB we all have new normals to adjust to and make allowances to our daily life. I am a fit 71 year old but I have to accept however reluctantly that I can't do things quite as easy as I did say 10 years ago and sometimes its difficult to know which is simply father time catching up or the AF making itself known. Which ever it is I will never let this AF condition define me. Cheers Roy
