New to forum and heart problems

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum and looking to connect with people who have been through or going through issues of the heart. I'm a 41 year old mum of one who 2 weeks ago suffered a cardiac arrest due to blocked artery, I had a stent fitted and all seems Ok, I had what was diagnosed as a panic attack 2 days ago. I have lots of concerns but my worry over the last couple of days is palpitations!

Have you been offered cardiac rehab yet? This will help restore fitness and confidence. You will also met others in the same situation.

Very occasionally people do need a pacemaker post HA but it's too early to jump to any conclusions.

Anxiety can cause palpitations but so can your heart. Go to your GPS get it checked has worrying will not do you any good with either. Look after yourself first for your child xx
