deteriorating health

Hi I am new to this group. I was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy in 2009 along with other medical conditions.

This has been controlled with medication quite well but I have now had a congestive cough for 4 weeks which has not been responded to antibiotics (4 weeks prescription) .

I am concerned that my condition is worsening has anyone else had this problem.

my G P has booked me in for a heart echo and also a pulmonary investigation.
