I should kno this but I’ve gone my whole life scared of exercise even tho i was born wiv a VSD. Wat exercise is safe wiv a VSD?

Hi there, it's difficult to know to what extent the vsd affects your normal day to day routine. Your best bet would be to talk to your consultant or your gp to get an idea and what they would recommend

skid112 is right, you need to discuss this with your cardiologist who will be able to tell you if you have any limitations. Some people are really affected by a VSD and others less so, so it has to come from your specialist who knows how large your VSD is, and how it affects you.

You could call your nurse specialists at the hospital, or book an appointment with your cardiologist if you don't have one coming up.
