With that systolic BP and pain at rest I would suggest you ring 999. The paramedics will check you out and proceed as appropriate. Alternatively can someone take you to A&E? It is important not to delay!

I agree, you should get this checked out asa.

On the up side though, your Bp could be reacting to the stress of the pains you are feeling in your chest.

If you are at rest and you know you haven't eaten or drunk anything to cause reflux. Then really you should be letting the professionals deside weather you need medical attention.

111 will get you exactly the same response as 999.

I wouldn't delay, I would get on to them straight away.

I did hear on the radio news this morning, that they have developed a new blood test that they can take on arrival to A&E. It is way faster and less traumatic than the usual ones of x amount of hours apart.

I only heard the tail end of the report, so not sure if it is in curculation yet? Sorry.

Good luck, sending hugs of support, Jo😊😊😊

Angina pain when at rest, is when it is becoming unstable. That was me last year, and it was ambulance time. Make the call. It needs checking. You may well need, as I did, stents inserted quickly in order to prevent a heart attack. This needs checking by doctors asap. Please pick the phone up.
