No evidence at all. Check out an article in runners world google.co.uk/amp/s/www.runn...
The only thing it suggested is that runners are more exposed to skin cancer so advise them to cover up especially on shoulders. All other research indicates that exercise helps prevent cancer and this CRUK site explains how cancerresearchuk.org/about-...
Unless the research is published in a peer reviewed journal and has gone through rigorous processes it is only an opinion piece. So I would refer to the research about exercise and heart disease which is well documented and reliable. Hope this helps. Zena
Thank's Zena, The writer of the article Is supposed to have cured himself of thyroid cancer twice and now it seems to me he wants to discredit all medical research.
That explains it! We are fortunate in that the National Institute for Health Research oversees most of the research in this country and its’ processes are very rigorous. Add to that the NICE guidelines are also rigorous and comprehensive then we can be assured that research undertaken is of the highest standard and quality. Unfortunately when people don’t like the results they tend to try and discredit either the authors or the outcomes. Interesting watching the debates though! Zena
