Asthma/allerges

Hello,

Can anyone give me some advice I have recently been falling on my knees when I am outside. Especially when hiking I have recently had a EEG and my test has come back normal brain waves, can anyone tell me if there are other things that may cause this to happen. I am 51 years of age. I would really appreciate any advice.
