I am due to see Professor Elliott at Bart's in January 2018 which will hopefully lead to surgery and getting my life back.

I was always so fit and active and the past couple of years have been really hard, hopefully, there is light at the end of this dark tunnel I am currently in.

That's really tough. Will be hard waiting for January to come around, I know, but hopefully 2018 will be a year of positive changes for you. In the meantime, there are always people around here who will sympathise and lend an ear if you want to let off some steam. All the best x
