One day since GP stopped my beta blocker cold turkey. Yesterday & indoors, I felt fine. Today, I have the grandchildren for 10 hours & away from home....will keep you posted...

Good luck, not too much play fighting now lol. Don't go running those kids ragged, ha....

Give the grandkids some playtime jobs to do, things that help you, but keeps them occupied.

Make it a game that basically keeps the place tidy & you relaxed.

I'm sure if you plan it right, you'll have a great day.
