Well, a better end to the week with activity every day & a full day with the grandkids on Thursday. Even got a 1:1 re medication with the pharmacist when I picked up my prescription yesterday. He suspects Bisoprolol may be the culprit re my persistent low heart rate. Roll on ECG on Tuesday next for some clarification ?.

Having mentioned the above, feeling quite light headed today so light activity at intervals in the safety of home.....

Same as you, very light headed atm.

So I will also stay close to home, light activities :)
