Hi Just started Neoral today , same thing I think, 175mg, it's according to your weight the quantity, well After taking the whole 175mg along with the predsoiline I take for PMR, to be truthful I felt blinking spaced out for most of the day, I think I should have split it and taken it in 2 doses so will try that tomorrow. Hope it goes well with you. Let us know

I was on ciclosporin for 6 yrs, it really help my psoriasis to begin with ,I felt fine on it so don't worry ,although everyone is different, towards the end I think my body must became ammune to it ,so my dermatologist change it ,I'm now on humira ,it's briillant & has cleared my skin & helped my joints so much ,good luck hope all goes ok
