Ginalboy, have you heard that there's a cure for psoriasis? Sorry, but as far as I know there isn't. I reckon that for many of us there's a 'next best thing' though ..... trouble is, what works for one doesn't necessarily work for someone else. It's a quest and no mistake.
Yes there is a pill treatment called OTEZLA that clears up skin, nail and arthritis from psoriasis that was just introduced to us last year but it's expensive
My psoriasis as gone I prey to god it was a one off and it doesn't come bath. The doctor gave me a tube of cream called Dithranol and it worked. I am wearing shorts this summer something I though would never happen again. Have faith coz the body is always trying to win the battle.
