Has anyone tried these devices for pain relief? If so do they work?

I use the knee device and have done for about six months. i really do feel a benefit and know if I take it off my knee I'd much worse.

I have bought one for my lumbar spine. Been wearing it about 5 days. Cannot really say. I have improved a lot but started on steroids.

I find it uncomfy at times. The button digs in. Maybe I still need to find the correct position.

Left it off last two nights in bed. Felt too trussed up.

Not felt any worse or better. I am still keeping it on though. Do not want to go back to what I was like.

I had my knee injected yesterday. Looking forward to walking better without that pain.
