I reckon I suffered all those symptoms last year when my weight hit all time high of 15st 6lbs. Also had a pain in the back of my knee, and plantar fasciitis (heel pain) during the last two years. So, January of this year, I made the decision to take control of my health and lose the weight; I now sleep like a log, no aches or pains, can walk uphill without getting breathless and post menopausal hot flush sweats seem to have reduced significantly. I am now 2 stone 5lb lighter and really feeling the benefits. The support of my fellow healthy eaters on the NHS 12 Week weightloss forum has been incredible - a lovely bunch of people to encourage you along the way.
