I eat lots of eggs for breakfast sometime sausage never have lunch dinner usually late but I do eat veg and fruit but if my mrs buys crisps I like or any chocolate it tends to get pinched.

I try and eat healthy but then comfort eat..chocolate and biscuits.

that is the same as me my comfort eating usually is at night not long before bed.
