A discharge from the penis probably indicates a Sexually Transmitted Infection. And ciprofloxacin is not an appropriate antibiotic. I recommend you go to a Sexual Health / GUM clinic to get it sorted.

If this is a sexual infection (and I'm afraid it does sound like it) ciprofloxacin doesn't treat the majority of common sexual infections.

You need to get to a GUM/ Sexual Health clinic to get it sorted.
