I’ve been told I have burning mouth syndrome 5 months after oral sex anyone else had this

I have never ever heard or read you can get burning mouth syndrome from oral sex.ive been reading about it because I thought it was linked to menopausal women? I’d be googling that like mad.

The symptoms started 3 days after oral sex with a coated tongue mucus abs feeling generally unwell, I’ve had it for 5 months all sti negative

They say burning mouth syndrome because it iches when I eat

Could it be Oral Thrush.

Negative I thought bacteria but negative aswell

Did you ever find out what was causing your symptoms? I have the same issues in my mouth after an oral encounter. STI tests, vitamin defincies, diabetes etc all negative. I'm in so much pain. Been told it is burning mouth syndrome but I don't believe it. Please help if you can.
