Can you get pregnant if the tip of the head is inside the vagina

Extremely unlikely - but if there was pre-ejaculate there would be a very tiny risk. Also what time in your cycle was it

Yes, you can get pregnant. It doesn't matter how the sperm gets into your vagina—once it's there it can cause a pregnancy. Pre-cum, or pre-ejaculate, is a clear fluid that accumulates at the tip of the penis when some men are aroused.

It is possible to get pregnant without full sex, it only takes one sperm to reach an egg. Partial penetration can result in pregnancy as can the transfer of sperm from mouth or hand to vagina. If you are worried (as it sounds you are) then go and see your Dr. It is possible to get a pill to take a day or so after sex that will prevent pregnancy, but I suspect you are too late for that. Speak to your Dr, take a test and if you are pregnant and don't want to be then arrange for a termination.
