farting is purely down to food and drink and am not aware of it being a possible sign for an STI, but if you have irritable bowl syndrome this can cause wind which can result in an itchy behind, if it has also caused a urinary infection this could also explain the itching at the front! But the itching can be a sign of an STI for which you would have to go sexual health clinic which I would suggested first (where did you have your HIV test or was a postal test?), if you have already had the tests and they were negative the next step is your GP.
