Unfortunately the two are different and require different medicines to treat.
You can also get both at the same time!
You're better off going to get the antibiotics to treat the BV first as this can hide thrush in clinical slide results...
Then go back and get the thrush medicine to treat that (or buy it over counter but it's prices)!!
