What aspect is it you are concerned about? The quantity or consistency?

Semen, the fluid that comes out when you ejaculate contains lots of different things as well as the actual sperm which are too small to see without a microscope.

An average ejaculate is about a teaspoonful but varies from person to person and also time since you last ejaculated. The consistency also varies. For some it is very watery others a thicker more mucous texture.

If you have noticed a change then it might be worth visiting your local Sexual Health / GUM clinic for a check up (bashh.org/clinics).
