There’s nothing wrong with taking ibuprofen unless you have a medical reason not to, unless you’ve been feeling ill since last week the fact you took it last week suggests you’ll be fine and will have no adverse reactions, the effects of ibuprofen only last for a few hours and it quickly clears from the body, hence needing to take multiple doses a day to keep it working but it’ll be totally out of your system after 24 hours, contact your GP, 111 or poisons is you’re worried x

Ibuprofen won’t effect your periods and is a common pain relief for period pains, if you need something stronger your GP can prescribe a stronger version of ibuprofen called naproxen
