I’m a new to pregnancy and I feel miserable. Does anyone have any coping solutions ? Mints make me gag and water is getting harder to drink .

Hey there, congratulations on getting pregnant! Well just like everyone says that the gestation brings on a great deal of experiences... quite a diverse range of it. Do you also have increased tiredness? It's all a good sign I'd say especially if you're in your first trimester. Though it gives medications as well for the management of morning sickness... it's best to try home remedies first.

In that case, you should begin with eating 2 biscuits or a toast the moment you wake up in the morning. Change your diet habits to small frequent healthy meals better be cold than hot. Also, your problem with drinking water could lead to dehydration which is not supportive of pregnancy. Add fruits that have loads of water content in your daily diet and more than once preferably. If this doesn't work you can talk to your doc about prescribing anti-vomiting drugs, B-6 and doxylamine.

I’m feeling exactly the same. How many crackers can I force myself to eat?
