Hi there,has anyone experienced this, I have had it a few years but got worse lately... when I am lying in bed maybe for an hour or so I get a sore pain in my gut then a rushing maybe (blood)to my head nadmakes me feel dizzy for a second... not all the time though,if not I am going to doctors cleary something no rite.

Yes, spicy foods sometimes affect me in that way but still think you should discuss with gp.

🤔 I sometimes feel similar but no stomach pain

Turning over in bed can make me dizzy..I’ve been told this is BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Posterior Vertigo) and it can feel like a ‘head rush’ combined with severe dizziness.

‘Head rush’ is usually experienced on standing..but obviously there can be other causes. It’s probably a good idea to discuss this with your GP, particularly when pain is experienced ..

🤔 But..as Patsy mentions, it’s possible it could be related to a gastric reaction...I’ve experienced this too

🙂 If it continues to cause concern..for peace of mind see your GP
