My daughter is Celiac and moans that gluten free breads all crumble. She loves Genius bread. She likes toast and always has a loaf in the freezer. She likes the brown loaf x

🙂 it really is a case of trial and error re taste and texture, we all have different 'standards'😉 My current favourite is Sainsbury's Seeded, to my palette it closely resembles proper bread.

It can be expensive trying them all out, and so many are disappointing. In the past I've tried most Brands, they are much of a muchness but if it's a case of needs must, persevere🙂xB

M&S are nice, although very pricey...sourdough, seeded buns, all kinds but our store doesn't always stock them consistently. I have the added joy of IBS so the seeds are out even though I loved them, and for some reason the sourdough didn't suit me either. As has been said it's just trial and error, find what you like best and then hope it stays in stock.
