Hi Everyone I have just come out of hospital after a 3 week stay trying to sort out my meds etc and 4 days in now I'm exhausted from coughing...my local services are rubbish to approach and I wondered if anyone out there has any coping mechanisms? I've put my meds back to pre admission (I was fine before) Using my neb regularly (didn't need to before!!) Just having a rant really cos I can't seem to do much at the moment.
