Via the Asthma UK page on facebook, I found this great blog by an asthmatic lady training to run the London Marathon. I just found it so inspiring because as much as i like running i almost always struggle with my asthma during and / or after running.

When i get back to my running (when i'm fully better after this chest / throat thing that's been bothering m for so long!) I'll make sure i keep an eye on my symptoms and if necessary go back to my nurse / doctor to see if i can get a medication that suits me better and enables me to run symptom-free, or as near as possible to this!!!
