hi i am new to asthma would like any advice

i presently work in a factory which i think is causing my asthma which i need to discuss with my work doctor . its strange feeling asthma didnt realise i had it untill i couldnt breathe just putting down to colds .feel like i havent got much energy . if any one could offer any advice

it would be really nice to hear from other asthma suffers
