Don't worry if it's not asthma related; just make sure the subject of the thread is nice and clear (Brynne's foot pain post is a good example).
One or two people have queried whether non-asthma medical posts should go on the Off-topic board, but that's just needlessly confusing. There's been a diabetes thread here for ages, for example.
