Pred and change of symptoms

Hey,

My pred was highered yesturday to 55mg from my maintenance of 20mg because when I saw my consultant I was wheezing worse than normal (infact normally half the time I get silent chest). Today I feel shattered, but my knees are really sore, which tends to happen when my dose has been highered. Does anyone else get this? and should I be mentioning it to my Dr?

Also I have been wheezing alot more recently at random times, that people in the same room can hear. Is it normal for asthma symptoms to change? I normaly get silent chest when my asthma starts to deteriorate and my osygen sats drop, with a cough.
