Hi Everyone,

Feeling much better now, thankfully.

How do you go about getting certain products VAT exempt? I'm sure one or more of you knowledgable people will let me know :)

Hi

If your purchase is online from a reputable seller.

There will be a tick box asking you, if you have medical condition.

Not all goods are except from vat.

Hi Stone, it is a reputable company. Thank you for your response. :)

Any equipment you need to buy because of your health should be vat free. I recently brought a new mobility scooter and a ramp to get it in and out the house and both these were vat free.

Thank you Stone and derrylynne, the information given has really helped. The company that I went through was extremely helpful as well. Definitely fantastic Customer Service.
