Doctor on the case will have the best information on this without notes it would be guess and guess again looking for the source of confusion with no idea which haystack the needle is in would not re assure patients me especially.
Its al very confusing ... N when you have inpaired lung fuction it in pair,s procesing power ...
I have no idea as I have never come across this before xxxxx

Just a bit of info which might be of help - the "black bits" is likely to be old blood a result of a past infection or inflammation - not unusual to find this with COPD or asthma.
Not likely to be granuloma.
