It is still snowing here, I had a phone call from a man from the council this morning acknowledging my request to have our road gritted, he said they were getting around as many roads as possible and they would endeavour to do this one.
Should I be optomistic or pessemistic I wonder.

Its any one's guess when left to the local council.
Hope they make it, and hope you can get your food delivery through or get out to buy.
No chance getting out it is snowing heavily on top of all that has not been cleared and the underneath very icy by the look of the cars attempting to get through.

It will be gritted, I have every confidence in councils ! when they say they'll do something - they don't. They are very good at gritting our lane, only a few houses scattered about.

Got Tesco delivery early maybe thats an omen.
